The "My Masternaut" functionality has changed, you can now request a Defit, Refit (if you are changing the vehicle the Masternaut device was originally installed within) or a Service Call if you want to report a fault with a device within a vehicle.

Once you have created your request, your form will be emailed to the relevant team with Masternaut and they will contact you within 2 working days to arrange an engineer appointment or collate more information relating to the reported fault.
