Developed with the refrigerated transport sector in mind, Mastercold allows you to ensure that once your vehicles have left the depot they maintain the required temperature for the duration of the journey, and you don’t break the cold-chain.
Mastercold can monitor the temperature in up to 4 separate compartments at any given time, giving you maximum flexibility for your loads. Temperature information is coupled with other vehicle tracking information to provide complete visibility of your cargo temperatures, location and status.

Displayed via your secure web-portal the data is presented in easy graph and report format. Exception reports and alerts can also notify you via text or email of any temperature that falls outside a pre-defined range.
Perfect for temperature sensitive cargo, Mastercold not only provides data in real-time which allows you to respond quickly and avoid commercial losses, it also provides detailed documentation of the cold-chain which may be required to avoid or resolve customer disputes.
How it works
Temperature probes are linked to your Masternaut Three X tracking hardware to feed up to 4 separate probe temperature readings into your other vehicle tracking data.
Temperatures are recorded every minute and a rolling average is taken to ensure any minor atmospheric spikes are eliminated and records reflect the meaningful average temperature of the cargo.

Along with your central vehicle tracking data this temperature data is presented in real-time via your secure web-portal. Easy to understand graphics mean you can view a complete picture of your temperature sensitive vehicles and ensure the conditions are as required for the entire journey.
Alerts criteria can be established based on pre-defined maximum and minimum temperatures appropriate for your load. If conditions deviate from these parameters you will be notified and can take immediate action to avoid breaking the cold-chain.
Historic information is all archived in the web-portal’s database to ensure you maintain records that will help avoid or resolve customer disputes.
