The tacho interface generates highly detailed data on the exact movements of any vehicle and driver. This powerful tool is connected directly to a vehicle’s tachograph and provides key information in real-time, such as working time, driving time, waiting time and rest times as well as periods of availability.
This data can be integrated directly into the Masternaut Three X tracking solution and managed through your secure, central web-portal. Data captured by the tacho interface can be integrated with other vehicle information, like location and speed, which means you can adhere to driving time restrictions, identify high risk areas and manage resources more effectively. The result is an in-depth 360 degree view of your workforce 24 hours a day.

How it works
By wiring into an authorised and approved communications port on the tacho we avoid any illegal interference issues. Once the wiring is installed the tacho data feeds relevant driver information into your central tracking hardware and is transmitted to your central web-portal for viewing along with your other vehicle tracking data.

This complete driver and vehicle visibility means you can analyse driving activity such as driver availability and remaining driving hours, along with vehicle location for more efficient real-time planning.
