We’ve designed the Masternaut Communications Centre to be a comprehensive tracking and communications solution for your fleet of vehicles. Essentials such as sat-nav and a bluetooth hands-free kit are all built in, so you’re making big savings straight away. Everything is ready to go in one simple installation, taking away the downtime and hassle of having several pieces of kit installed.
The software can be upgraded over the air so you will never have to take your vehicles out of service to take advantage of the latest updates and features; they will simply appear on your system next time your vehicles are used.

Button pad
The button pad incorporates a microphone for hands-free telephony. The private button allows you to switch between private and business mileage modes.
When your business relies on most of your team being out on the road, success depends on your ability to operate efficiently and communicating with your workforce is key to that. Using our web-based X-Schedule application you can schedule and manage jobs, sending them instantly to your mobile workers. When a job is dispatched to an MCC device, the location information is automatically imported into the sat-nav removing the need for manual keying. This maximises productivity and improves response times.
Messaging and Status Updates
With the MCC it’s easy to send and receive messages to/from your mobile team out in the field. Drivers can also send messages back using the touchscreen. Messages may also contain information such as an address, a point of interest or a phone number which can be used to automatically dial or navigate. In addition status updates allow you to see whether a driver is free for jobs, unloading, resting etc.

Bluetooth Handsfree
The Masternaut communications centre has dual phone functionality. Mobile phones can be paired wirelessly to the hands-free kit facility using Bluetooth. There is also a full phone system built-in allowing drivers to dial a range of numbers that you pre-define in your own corporate phone book. This allows you to restrict which numbers are called, discouraging unnecessary use. Your corporate phone book can be synchronised wirelessly to all your Masternaut MCC devices. Alternatively you can enable unrestricted calls. For additional safety, you can activate a feature that prevents use of the phone whilst the vehicle is moving.
