X Track gives you the insight to better serve your customers. In a couple of clicks,
you can find the nearest mobile worker (with the correct skill-set) to a particular
location, allowing you to select the right person for the job. This reduces response
times and maximises your billable time.
Better Resource Utilisation
X Track allows you to verify the time spent at each location, allowing for accurate
billing and reduced unauthorised overtime claims. Additionally, you have visibility
of arrival/departure times to ensure you meet customer SLAs.
Alerts and Geofencing
Management alerts can be set up to bring attention to discrepancies or irregular
movements. These can be sent via email or text message. Examples could be where
someone leaves their designated territory or spends an excessive amount of time
at a specified location.

with Masternaut Rapide
Managers can access the Masternaut system when they are away from the office using
Rapide. It gives access to live locations and a seven day history for each mobile
worker who has X Trak installed on their device. Rapide can be accessed from any
phone/mobile device with internet access and a web browser installed.
