    How it works:

    The software holds a diary for each technician and allocates new jobs, based on skills, location, availability, and client commitment, filling the schedule with available work, based on priorities.

    First it rejects technicians who are not available, or relevant for the job, then it finds the lowest cost option.

    Each job has a deadline. When new jobs arrive, the system re-schedules work to accommodate subsequent priorities, depending on timescales involved.
